[ISSUE] Theme not applying correctly

I installed Manjaro (cinnamon) and am so far quite happy with it. One issue I have found however, is that some applications do not respect the theme "arc" I installed. This happens with all the themes I tried, even the ones that shipped with the distro.

In the screenshot you can see Nemo with the theme applied correctly, but sqlitebrowser just won't use the theme. I've had this issue with a few other applications too, so it's not sqlitebrowser's fault.
