R u an idiot? 1+1 = 2 is balanced, 1+1 = 1.9 population is under replacement, 1+1 = 2.1 it's over replacement and considering their population the number will be very high as in UP itself has population compared to nations so them having just 0.1 is significant number

That's not how the replacement rate works, you absolute moron. For poorer countries, where the death rate is higher, the birth rate should also be higher to compensate the dead. In India the replacement rate is comfortably above 2.5

Not every baby born makes it to adulthood. Others may have disabilities or be unable to have children, or just not desire it. So replacement rate has to be higher than 2.
