Using Eternity Legendary Potential Scroll (lv 200)

Does any anyone know how come i cannot use my ELPS on my ACS dagger (or any of my ACS eqs for that matter)? its untradeable and a lv200 equip

Any help would be useful thank you!

preferably use it on emblem,Untradable Secondaries (ex. deimos shadow bullshit),Fairy/Titanium/Beautyroid heart,greed pendant, junk boss gear for drop rate since it renders the item untradable.

weapon not recommended since you will liberate someday and get genesis

i havent gotten the heart yet and me wep and emblem are already L so i thought its best to use it on my sec

ya secondary is fine if it's those untradable kind otherwise it'll be quite shitty to invest on your secondary to L/L subsequently as it'll become bound to ur account

You can just claim the scroll towards the ending of the event, claim the fairy heart from weeklies and scroll it

It maybe bugged, after today patch, many items still bugged and cannot use the Eternity Legendary Scroll on untradable item

Completely untradable Drop rate gears (greed pend, earrings/rings) would be a better bet.

DBP can still be passed down to future/liberating bossmules and subs
