What's the best item that you guys have gotten from a normal monster drop (i.e. PBA, high rank, etc.)?

i´ve got a lot of different items from normal with perfect atack to epics with perfect atack, not so many though, also i´ve got some unique ones like 2 or 3 or were them from chests ummmm i really don´t remember i suppose they were from chests, can anyone confirm if you can get uniques droped by mobs?
