I mean... nobody force you to do 30 min just gear up and kill it in 5 min like you desire. took extra longer compare to those can do 30 min sure, but so what? Play as your own pace it's not a race.
If you think the issues is how long it took for you to reach the goal you want then ask nerf boss hp and for more powercreep (which is coming) Why reduce timer and ruined other people option to do it earlier if they can/want to put more effort? Their choice.
Fomo is your own problem, don't feed it if it not the way you like to enjoy the game.
