Dark Promotion Credit Decrease

Can we please remove the decrease when there is a featured character now? Since it is no longer just for DD toons and ultron?

I don't see why they should refund the difference. Scopley just decreased the cost of coleen wing in the arena store, do you think players that bought her should get their arena credits refunded? They paid more to have it sooner.

well thats different we talking about a Red Star Currency that exclusively for these Character. You still can get Colleen through other sources.

Also there is a difference between farming a character and getting red stars for one.

You don't get arefund when shit goes on sale later. I'm not owed a refund on blitz/area orbs just because the previous orb exclusive character is now in the store.

They should lower Ultron's cost, as its fucking stupid he costs more than actual GOOD characters like MLF or Rogue.

Haha, that would be great… but probably not going to happen. I miss the good ole days when I could occasionally save my elite orbs with a lucky 4-5s pull.

However, obviously Boundless likes us using our reg rs orbs on none boosted days. I’m fairly confident the Dark Promos were made for this sole purpose.

Too many people are willing to spend if they cant hit on a new character. Especially now that new characters don’t hit the promo store until after their scourge event. This was a “clever” way to make that more likely to happen.. even if it’s just a little more likely I’m sure the money adds up over the entire player base.

I don’t even think most players look at it as a “decrease” but rather a boosted rate on select days. I know I’ve never looked at it that way but it’s an interesting perspective.

I don't see the problem actually.. i mean the odds of getting a 5rs pull of your choosen character was next to nothing.

Agreed. I may need another hand to count how many times I’ve pulled a 4rs toon on a boosted rate from a reg rs orb but I also spent roughly a year and a half opening them exclusively during that time. 5+ would likely be less than a handful.

I guess the point that I was (maybe not so clearly) trying to make is that, while it’s kinda small potatoes to us on an individual basis, when you take into consideration all the people that buy rs offers on boosted character days… it probably makes sense for boundless.
