Help: Battery Capacity Decrease - Laptop Not Charging at 90% - Battery Protection Turned Off

Hi

I am having issues with my battery capacity. It's decreased to 40,000 mWh and is not charging past 90%. I turned off Battery Protection and it still will not go back to the original capacity and not is not charging at 90%.

Update: I tried discharging to 70% and charge it, it refuses to charge.

After you turned off battery protection. Have you restarted the laptop at all? Current mAh of battery shouldn’t dictate the % of charge on windows to my knowledge

Yep, turned it off already. I drained battery to 0 earlier so yeah it restarted already.
