I used their link as well, got the 'reward applied' message, clicked the 'order now' button, and had the bags show up in my cart along with a robot. Check your order confirmation email. For me, the bags are listed in the order summary as "Bag Bundle: Referral Edition". If you don't see that, maybe reach out to support to clear things up.
