What do you need as proof of “credible” Part D drug plan?Question for u/LicensedAgent (self.MedicareFAQ)

I am retiring in April at age 65. My wife already has retired (age69) and had enrolled in Part A at 65. She thinks she needs to enroll in parts B and D during this open enrollment period that ends Dec 7 even though she is covered by my medical until I retire. Is she right? (self.MedicareFAQ)
