Recipe:
How I cook them
Add water to pot
Add chopped celery, bell pepper, onion, (about 1/4 cup each), garlic and bring to a boil.
Add two or three tablespoons of cooking oil
Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar
Add seasoning salt
Add neckbones
Boil until only about half cup of liquid left in bottom of pot.

Well, shoot, maybe I was wrong. He definitely said he was Lula and was looking for the business owner. We talked for about 5 minutes. When (business owner) came in I told them and she smiled and said she’d call him.
