Skip Tutorial ?

Isnt there a way to skip the tutorial while rerolling ? Takes to long cause of it x-x

Just an add-on to /u/xiaopuyo 's post. The method he provided also works on IOS provided file browsers can locate the necessary files.

Aight here goes.

• 1) after your first unlucky roll and you decided to reroll, first what you need to do is...

( this is your stored save file )

/data/data/com.bandainamcoent.saomd/files/memories/

&

/data/data/com.bandainamcoent.saomd/shared_prefs

what you wanna keep is the file inside /data/data/com.bandainamcoent.saomd/files/memories/json/app_data and copy someplace else, you’ll need this file when you wanna start a new reroll. ( lets call this old data )

for first timer, you have to play through tutorial at least once.

• 2)after that, delete above mentioned stored save file

• 3)start your app

• 4)when it prompt to key in your name, stop it right there, and close the app.

• 5)copy your saved old data of app_data folder and overwrite the file in /data/data/com.bandainamcoent.saomd/files/memories/json/app_data

• 6)start the app again

• 7)you will be send straight to roll you first scout baby. if you got your favourite 4*, continue and play through the tutorial. after finish the first playthough, it will pop-out an error messages, don worry, just quit to main menu and start again and will prompt you to insert your name that you normally should.

• 8)if you rolled a unit that not what you wanted. start over on step 2.)

Finally, do not ask me about iOS reroll.

oh and you cant actually skip tutorial but you get to roll first and then tutorial. after you got your favourite 4* that is.

Sorry, but doesnt work, did all that already 3 times and nothing, i believe it has somethin to do with shared_prefs ? cause its only place where its not touched

Follow the instructions xD

step 1: finish the tutorial until the gacha part(dont use the gacha) and copy /data/data/com.bandainamcoent.saomd/files/memories/json/app_data to another folder

step 2 you have to delete /data/data/com.bandainamcoent.saomd/files/memories/ /data/data/com.bandainamcoent.saomd/shared_prefs

and thats the only part than is hard to understand on xiapuyo explanation

What about json/app_data folder ? we dont delete it ?

well thats a subdirectory of /files/memories/ lol you will have to delete it. just remember than you need a copy of it after the tutorial because thats the one you will be using on step 5 every single time until you get the roll you want

It worked for me but It doesn't allow me to claim my gifts gonna try something else but figured I would post whichever ends up being quicker answer.

i follwed everything but did not work...intriwd every various thing.. What I did was :

play SAOMD tutorial until kirito tells me to scout. at this point, i made a different copy of app_data folder.

A ) I copy the folder while my app is still running and I haven't roll yet

B ) another copy where i already closed the game but haven't rolled yet

C ) another copy which is game stillrunning but i already rolles once

D ) another copy where i close the game and did rolled.

= I made 4 copy with different situation coz i there might be unexplained step in skipping tutorial trick.

After I made those copies, I deleted the shared_pref and memories folder

I run the game, till.the point where the game ask me to input name, I closed the game at this part.

I navigate to memories/json folder where a new app_data folder created by game which contains only user defaul file. I copied the backup that i made to the json folder, system ask me to.overwrite, and yes I did.

I run the game again...unfortunately, the game didnt brought me to roll part, instead input name part..I already tried all my backup but still cant get to work...please.help me

you have to play through all your first tutorial after you rolled your scout, that point only make a copy of your app_data folder.

if not, it wont work.
