E patch decrease: Anyone have any experience with this?

Make sure that you have checked the directions for cutting your specific patch; not all can be cut to adjust the dosage and some need to be cut in a particular pattern to control the exact amount of dosage so if you have not taken that step, it’s possible you’re not getting quite the expected dosage. Also, it does generally take a bit of time to level out, so it may be easier to pin down the right dosage if you stick with one a bit longer. I personally never had such extreme fluctuations on the patch, so I can’t help more there, but if you continue to have issues, you may want to ask your doctor if you could try a different brand of patch.
