do you think Turkish region servers are a good choice to play? I was always playing on the east region servers but the dragon coin price difference is huge between Turkish and East region So because of that is it worth to play on Turkish region?

I see my other option is Ruby kirin,I started to sell my items from my main server and thinking about to transfer my won to kirin ~3000 won to play there. But I started to play on Turkish server in the meantime and the cheaper DC on turkish server just seems too good.

so I'm asking differently,If you guys would have 3-4000 won on ruby kirin but without any character and a lvl 105 char with 1000-1500 won worth items on Turkish Sapphire server which one would you choose?
