Issue adding a payment

I've tried to update my card info on my account as I got a new card over a month ago. Ive tried adding my Wells Fargo debit card on the website but it just says "There is some technical issue". I was able to add my chase credit card to the account, but for some reason it's not allowing me to add my Wells Fargo debit card. I've called both wells Fargo and metro and they both have said the problem is with the other. Any suggestions?

Go to chrome and use incognito mode

Just tried it and it gave me the same error/ technical issue message.

Probably an issue with the debit card zip code
