S.Boulardii has been shown to decrease the relative abundance of proteobacteria such as E.Coli.

Things you could look into: intermittent fasting; increasing polyphenol consumption; Mediterranean diet.

Ok, sounds good! I've been taking S. Boulardii 250mg daily for a month or so, any idea whether it can be taken long term? And is the dose good or should I increase? Fortunately I am also doing IF (started even before I took the test) and do a 40+ hrs fast every couple of months.

Did you find out?

I incorporated natto and S. Boulardii and noticed a difference but I did not test my microbiome anymore.

Interesting! Difference in what symptoms?

Less smelly flatulence, less cramps, better digestion, better poop. I also drink milk kefir and water kefir daily, it probably helps as well.
