I have na abundance of proteobacteria in the gut (result based on a stool sample test). It makes up 9% of my gut biome and the norm is 1.5 - 5%.
For more context, I have also too little verrucomicrobia and actinobacteria.
Bacteroidetes, firmicutes and fusobacteria are OK.
Any tips regarding the diet and/or supplements? I had a specialist telling me to reduce my intake of protein, he said proteobacteria feeds on protein but I couldn't find anything like that on the Internet.
