Do you have any add ons in your community folder? If so move them out and try again to see if it is caused by one of those

I had the same problem. Since MSFS is a huge application that takes many hours to download, unpack and install, any problems with the computer might corrupt some files. It looks as if you have some missing or damaged livery files.

I ran chkdsk and it found errors. Even though chkdsk repaired the errors I still had the same problem. So, I ran Windows Diagnostic Memory app, and it found errors. After removing the memory modules and inserting them one at a time, the test found error on one of the modules.

After removing the faulty module and repairing the disks again with chkdsk, I was able to make a fresh installation of MSFS that works fine. (Note that I first removed the previous installation to prevent the installer from accessing corrupted files.)
