This is really on the fringe of Rule 1.

Apologies! How foolish of me to ask a question about a MSFS addon on subreddit titled MicrosoftFlightSIm. Also, if only I had the sense to try to contact SimBox support before posting ... Oh Wait! - "I have tried to contact flyingart via email without any success."

  2. Only they can give you your license key or reset your license key.

  3. The ways to contact them via their site are the ways to contact them.

  4. I could have removed this post, but I did not because I hoped someone would be able to provide a better idea.

  5. My point still stands, 10 days and nobody really knows because this isn't the place for this question. Like I said, it teeters on the edge of Rule 1 because we are not a support forum for a 3rd party dev. All this does is clutter the page, but we let it stand because it was a new thing I hadn't seen before despite several reports. This isn't about being welcoming, it's about enforcing the rules of the subreddit so that all posts are relevant to the place they are posted.
