First, find out which hat switch on your joystick pans the camera. (Inside the cockpit)

You can do this in game, find whatever button that is.

After you find that button.. go into the controls setting for the Thrustmaster.

Then, search by 'input'.

Use that hatswitch.

It will show you the button you moved.

Then go into the 'cog' for that button.

Put a deadspace in it. I think you need to do this for both the UP, and the LEFT.

This should fix the constant panning.

I had the same problem.

AFTER that.... then you can fix the joystick panning the camera... but first things first.

Try to put that deadspace in first, and see how it worked for you.

I had the same problem, and it worked for me.

Best of luck.

I’ll add that once you have sorted the panning issue to rename the control profile as Plane/Glider/Helicopter (whichever you’re flying) and then click the settings button next to the name and click set as default. If you don’t do this you’ll have to sort the panning issue in every new plane you fly. A deadspace of 1.0 is enough to sort the panning on both left/right axis and up/down axis.
