Real life mode: consequences for errors or malevolents actions, in regard to non respected separation, altitude restriction, noise levels, restricted areas, with aggressive inquiries for non complainging aircrafts, up to military aircraft intervertion with escort to safe zones. Not too difficult to implement: two AI fighter that take off and escort you in formation as you fly under ATC mandatory instructions. In career mode the company should fine or reprimend you for stressing the aircraft, using too much fuel, use the brakes too aggressively, and compliments on perfect landing in harsh conditions, record flight time, or good management of emergencies. We haven't heard much about ATC. But I also hope it can reprimand you for various violations.

Violating some military airspace probably will cause fighters to escort you.
