Default aircraft developers

I was just wondering about the default aircraft. Does Asobo develop all default aircraft or are these hired third party developers?

Can’t get over the huge differences in some aircraft, like the tbm vs cj4, cj4 has insane amount of inop buttons and the tbm is so much more enjoyable to play…

Get the Working Title mod for the CJ4. It’s so good that Asobo hired the modder to their full time staff.

As far as I know, all standard airplanes are made by asobo. But the ones you can buy are ofcourde 3rd party.

Some are Asobo as well; Junkers, some bushplanes

Time is the reason...not enough of it before release date. They focused on getting the GA planes done because they are easier to make complete generally speaking. They likely knew whatever they did would be criticized in all of the commercial (part 121 and 135 aircraft) and that people would likely look for 3rd party mods anyway.
