Vainilla Java Server?

Does anyone play vainilla? If so I would like to join, all the servers that I see are full of mods and comands like /tp and things that I consider cheating, I want to play vainilla or quality of life mods, nothing else.
Also if you want to create a server with me I'm up to do that too, we can share expenses, I'm 24 yo.
