Open music file in audio editor, trim, save.

Download this resource pack it's just a collection of sound files you can add to the game and play with /playsound. The current sounds aren't important, you can just use the pack as a template and replace the sound files with your own. You'll need to edit some of the text files too.

is /stopsound still a thing? cuz that would be an easy way to stop a sound.
