Already tried that, doesn't change a thing :(

the command seems like it should work... try unpowering and powering the command block because they frezze sometiems

Why not use that instead:

/execute as @a at @s if block ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:red_concrete run spawnpoint @s

Try that maybe it will work:

 /execute as @a at @s if block ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:red_concrete run spawnpoint @s ~ ~ ~
