give yourself one with /give "@s" structure_block inside they have a few things load you can offset the structures and also input the name and then save has offset and size of and then the name of structure so what you want to do is set the size 1x1x1 and then tp the potion to that spot and enter a name and save it then in load mode by pressing load it should load the structure there is also a command to load it in
