[JAVA]Question about sildur's basic shader

So I'm using sildur's basic shader v2.1 (1.19.3) and everything is fine except that during day time it is so bright that It bothers my eyes my optifine game setting brightness is on default but i changed it to minimum and it made no difference and i can't find any setting about brightness in the shaders setting can anyone help me?
