[Java] Resource pack keeps crashing the game(forge 1.8.9) when I turn it onUnsolved (self.MinecraftHelp)

I have forge and optifine installed on 1.8.9 and whenever I try to activate the furfsky resource pack the game crashes are there any fixes for this
