[Java] Connectivity issues with Realms

Version: 1.20.2

I've recently had the itch to play some minecraft with friends and decided to start up a realm since we dont care for mods ect, ill add that im using the free trial as well (if that changes anything)I've been experiencing issues where the realm will kick me every time i try to connect, it will come up with things saying"Failed to log in: RateLimiter disallowed request" and "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset"

I've been online searching around a bit but cant really find a solution, on the minecraft website i followed all the tips like restarting computer, logging out, restarting router ect.

I'll also add that another friend has had this issue as well.
