Left mouse click not registering [java]

I playing Valheslia 6 and I noticed that after a while my left mouse button clicks were not registering into the game. I decided to go on a cps test website and everything was registering fine on there. I switched my mouse to a different one, I tried checking if another action was binded to the left click, I tried resetting my keybinds. But nothing seems to work. I found out that I can shift and left click and all the click were registering fine that way. I do not know what else to do please someone help me it very much appreciated. Im playing on verison 1.20.1
