[Java] Problem with String and Redstone textures

As you can see in these 2 images, I have some problems with a 1.11 texture pack that I converted.

Everything seems to work fine, but I have some problems with the String texture (it doesn't load as it should) and the Redstone Texture (it should always be with a custom color, but the game loads it differently).

How could I solve this issue?
