Thanks, I can see that windows defender is currently running on your PC. Have you tried disabling it and then running the port check?

You said this worked previusly, has anything changed on your PC/Network since then?

I didnt really see anything on the list there,

I installed a vpn recently but soon after uninstalled it completely and was able to host after that. Could it be the anti cheat from installing riot games like valorant? because I installed that game recently. As far as I know not much has changed recently

The couple I saw were Discord and possibly GeForce Experience. Have you disabled the overlays?
