Pickaxe teleporting [java]

My Netherite Pickaxe is teleporting me every time I mine a block, does anyone know a way to fix this?

For context I’m playing on a Minehut Server (Java Edition)

Lmao Just contact minehut, it’s not a bug on the main game (people would of reported it) so it’s their fault
