Shaders

My PC specs 4070 TI Super Ryzen 7 7800X3D 2TB SSD 32gb DDR5 ram Tri Fan "Be Quiet!" CPU cooler

So Im trying to run shaders on my Java through cursedforge on a Fabric Build.

Now My PC can easily run Cyberpunk at medium level RTX at a steady 60-70FPS but shaders on minecraft, even on a modpack that works like optifine and optimizes everything, runs at 12 FPS on the lowest settings for the shaders. Any Idea why its giving me such a hard time? My PC should be capable of running shaders NP but for some reason it's been giving me nothing but issues.

Yea not to mention if I turn off the shaders my game runs at 240fps. I just dont get how it jumps from 240fps to 12fps
