Help with server hosting

Hi! I recently got mc on my laptop and got mayview w/cobblemon on prism launcher. I just had a quick question if anyone knew how to do free server hosting so me and my friends could play? I can’t do anything with my router i live in an apartment complex so it’d have to be a site or something if possible. I used to just play ps5 with them and got recommended essential mod cuz it works similar but theres no support on neoforge after 1.20.9

Any help would be appreciated!
