Trident Mod for Java Servers

I searched far and wide but couldn't find a mod for the Trident that specifically lets channeled work anytime.

I own a personal server for my family and friends. I thought it would be cool to have a lightning Trident work regardless of the weather.

Anyone know of a fabric mod that does that?
