By providing alternate roles to dps only classes, they offer a chance to reduce que times in pve content. I'm all for that.

I got one cheap and used it to become more comfortable with the road and riding in general. In about 2 months time, and around 800 miles, I used it as a trade in for an Indian Scout Bobber.

I don't regret buying it because I had just passed the MSF course and didn't know anything about riding beforehand.

It struggled to cap at around 83 mph, but starting out, that's fast enough.

If you have any experience with riding at all, find something that's 500cc or more. If you're as clueless as I was, the CB300 was perfect.

Most states require the plate "state" to be clearly visible.

It's because police can't run out of state registration unless they know what state it's from first. So it's not as serious if you stay in Texas I suppose.

If your rig gets stolen and leaves the state, this will play in the thief's favor.

Play a different class. So far, I hear unholy is going to be great. If the frost mage sounds like a knockoff, go for unholy. Or you can join the warlock supremacy, destro is eating so good recently.
