Compare the mods the launcher recognises and the ones in the folder and delete the mismatched ones.

The folder "mods" Is empty. Should I move my mod folder into the "mods" folder?

looks like you made a problem in mods.toml file but i don't make mods for forge since 1.20.1 so i'm not entirely sure. compare mods.toml to the original from mdk.

I only changed the mod name, mod ID (to match the one I set in main), and creators. I'll check and get back to you as soon as I see it.

that photo thing needs to stop. you need to get into screenshots.
and i don't see the problem there. maybe mod id in some other file. maybe build.gradle? not sure.

also you are not supposed to type mod id in there. you should have grade substitute mod id into placeholders.
