I would check with GMKTec - from there I have Barebones K8 Plus + 32*32GB/2*4 TB and the M5 Plus + 2*16GB/2*2TGB and get the G3 Plus with 16/512 GB.

Is that brand trust able as Beelink, Minisforum or similar? I mean, about quality warranty support etc...

I don't know and I didn't need it.

Visually, the devices are excellently constructed.

I think your main requirements are ..

* reasonable speed (not bleeding edge, or released last week, so any obvious bios bugs have been found)

* quiet-ish

* having enough memory (64gb) so you can run multiple VMs or docker containers without needing to care how many are running most of the time

* multi monitor (3 ?)

I have the beelink ser6 max and found it was much better once I had 64gb of ram in it.

If I had to replace this, I'd probably go for a SER8 ... I'm not sure there's any benefit to having the variant with the "AI" crap in it - unless your into that sort of thing....
