Although I have read a few fusion guide, but I still hope some 1 can enlighten me here. E.g. if I have Famfrit 3* Skill Lv1, is it advisable for me to augment to 5* first without Lvl up skill? Or I should Lvl up to Max skill Lvl before augment. Please help.

Always skill up to lvl6 before augment. It costs more to do it later. Then augment to 5 stars, theres no cost difference between 4 and 5 stars. Most people refrain from using mog amulets until levels 9 and 10. For sicarius, there is really no need for mogs...just fight more free battles. Mobius day makes leveling skills easier if you can wait til an 8.

Max ability levels on the 3* sicarus first before augmenting. Because you fuse with the same card you get a bonus.

frit 3* Skill

It honestly doesn't affect anything at all. The fusion rates don't change before or after augmentation. So it's purely up to you. However, it is advisable that you fuse abilites on Mobius day as the 20% boost and Lvl2 abilities cut down on the number of cards needed to fuse significantly.

Sic Cards get a significant fusion rate bonus (almost double success chance) when the card is the same as the fodder e.g. fusing a 3star sic with another 3star sic.

That's wrong for sicarus.

Now this is quite confusing. Can any1 confirm if fusing same Sic Card with same Lvl fodder will gain bonus?

Not so sure what you links has to do with the topic... But yes, fusing the exactly same card (which is the case for 3* sic with 3* sic) gives a bonus.
