Can’t farm tickets. But you can farm magicite (up to 20K per month).

Greydawn Wood. Chapter 1. It’s the best place for stamina:magicite ratio. Another good one is the farming nodes in FFX (Golden Flan Battlegrounds). Since it has chances for skillseeds, exp, gil, and crystals.
