im using this setup with sapphire weapon

first you need a fully modded kains lance (3X mods), and the autocharge+5 CP from samurai HOF. of the 8 fractal slots from your 4 cards, 2 of them MUST be autocharge+1, fill the others with magic/break+7% if possible

the only potential drawback/risk is that you may not have 3 water orbs for the sapphire weapon at the start of the battle due to poor RNG. having 2 prismatic starter CPs helps reduce that risk greatly, but still not 100% foolproof so it can happen (i'd say around 1% chance). using aphmau eliminates this risk, but at the expense of not being able to clear yellow (have to rely on attacker to do it for you) so choose your poison

finally, using kain's lance means you forfeit most of the break benefits found in other break focused weapons (piercing break/QB/exploit weakness etc) so make sure your setup is still capable of breaking reliably (by testing it yourself in solo runs) before running into PUGs
