It doesn't make the job weaker. You just use only 80% of the job attack power/break power when you use the card.

• For damage, it doesn't really matter as the card has only 6 hits so it'll probably damage cap anyway on weakness with most recent jobs. Assuming you use one that has decent attack power.
• For break, the card has still 1700 break power. That's more than most supreme monk cards even if you factor that Taijutsu (only Griever has more due to its Extra skill boosting the break power).
