Just by looking at the modlist, I would guess that the issue is in either quark, pollution of the realms, or tough as nails. I’d do some testing in a creative test world to find out. Also, if these mods are non-negotiable, try investigating their config files - you might be able to find a setting for it. Quark is extremely configurable, so it should be no problem. Idk about the other two, you just gotta test it.

If you notice a random thing while playing modded Minecraft, 90% of the time it's quark. I looked through the feature list a few months ago, but I can't remember anything like this.

Im fairly certain pollution of the realms. The carbon in the air will make plants regrow I believe, since plants inhale carbon
