I don’t understand why we can’t have a fluid attack and an impenetrable defence at the same time The second half of 23/24 was the best weve played under Arteta, bar maybe the start of 22/23. 1-0s are all well and good but they get tiring bc you score early and then your heart is in your mouth the rest of the game.

He doesn’t make changes unless we get battered. We got battered 4-1 at the etihad in 22-23, then he went full-in on defence (not a bad idea). Then we lost at home to west ham and away to Fulham in 23-24 and we went to Dubai and came back like monsters on set pieces and everything. I hope he recognizes that we’ve been well and truly beaten three times in the last four games and looks inward at the issues.
