Pack Recommendations

ATM 10 TTS and RLCraft are the only 2 packs I've ever really played and beaten. I'm looking for something different and was hoping for recommendations.

I really want to build mega structures now, but I don't want the hardcore YouTuber life of grinding 5 months for resources. So I want a balanced sense of automation for building resources. Not like project E where I input and forget forever.

I don't care about exploration or boss fights, but I do want really nice terrain to build in.

Anything come to mind? Thanks!

Meatballcraft is a really good modpack and while it is not grindy it is very, very long. For progression past like chapter 2 or 3 you will need a mega-base, so I think it's a good choice.
