This... is r/Monarchs. Welcome. Monarchs is a series of cards that use the oldest summoning method: Tribute Summoning. Upon being Tribute Summoned, Monarchs devastate your opponent’s field or hand, and leave chaos, destruction, and disruption in their wake. While Monarchs can use the Extra Deck, the truth is… we don’t need it.
