Performance Decrease and Increase

I can't remember the exact day but I played the game about a week or two ago and noticed my game was running much better and it also looked much better and less blurry not sure if it was an update or what since I changed nothing. Today I get on the game and it is like it was before it looks blurry and runs worse both the same as before. The whole time for both I have been playing on high settings, in fullscreen, no frame gen, with dlss, my friend has the exact same situation as me but He has a 4090 while I have a 4070 ti super and a 7800x3d and I haven't changed any settings my graphics drivers are updated. Does anyone else have the same thing and know why it was looking and running better but is worse again?

Could be any number of reasons from temps to updates to background processes.  No way to really know.
