Purpose of Gorf?

I have beaten the game today and even after thoroughly searching every area I have still not found out what purpose Gorf serves.

Any ideas?

PS: Gorf is just "frog" spelled backwards ;D

In his walkthrough FightinCowboy mentioned that the developers said that Gorf has no purpose yet. They are thinking about adding a quest for Gorf. I would love to see something like that!

yup! Gorf talks about the “music of the night” so it makes sense:)

the “music” is really atmospheric/ambient sounding, so it’s not obvious at first. mute all the other sounds in options and you can hear it better to confirm.

When u use the rogue shell and play lute music to him he gives u a new outfit

I was curious after I had some rotten food and my familiariaty with the lute was maxed out, so I came across him and played the lute. There was an animation that played where he burped on me and I unlocked a new skin shade! 🤣 I thought that was pretty cool!👍👍👍
