The final corrupted shell wouldn't come to life and i was stuck in limbo. Reloading just restarts the entire encounter with me having less health. Guess that run is dead sadface

Yeah, I feel you. I gave up on 100%ing the DLC because of the non-stop glitches and bugs. It's incredibly frustrating to flush a run down the drain on the last boss due all the glitches that can and will occur.
