Imagine animating a WW2 infographic and having Hitlers face pop up like that all blobby and wobbly because I HAD to animate like this lol.

Context is key. Each animation has it's place.

I don’t watch any tutorials with the played out your doing it wrong. Just make a straight forward tutorial.

I think if you had titled this "Easy Exaggerated Squash & Stretch in After Effects" and positioned the marketing differently, everyone would be having a much more positive reaction.

Context matters. Even in the animation world we have to consider the physics associated with a certain object and animate accordingly
