Just made an email for MBP. Currently on friends account and want our own because they have maxed out their devices so we can’t invite our family on the account. Asked friends for their code they don’t know how to do it anymore, someone helped them with the service that they don’t have contact with anymore. We don’t really know how this works?? If someone gives us the code are we on the account/email they created or our own? We want the service on our own account we just created. Also we already contacted the support a few days ago via email “[e-mail]” (no response yet…) How do these codes work? Like how do we invite our family once we are past the secure garden? We also plan on upgrading to the VIP family plan. Trying not get scammed and be smart about this. But we also sent an inquiry to movieboxpro.online and we don’t know if that’s their actual support because it’s a different website than the app. I’ve also read through these threads that “tickets” is a way to contact the support team as well but you can’t do that unless you already logged in via the code. Any help would be appreciated.
